 Director Michael Bay and executive producer Steven Spielberg brought one of the most fantastic stories of the 1980s to the silver screen this past summer: the Transformers movie. The battle between the awesome Autobots® and the devious Decepticons® can now be shown each and every day with the release of the Transformers (Two-Disc Special Edition) DVD . This film brought a lot of kids to the fabled tales and rekindled the kid in all of us that already knew the story behind the scenes.  If you're anything like me, you can't wait for the sequel to the recently released Transformers movie that is making waves in box offices across the nation. The recent movie opened with stunning success and leaves the audience begging for another Bay Blitzkrieg. Well, we are all in the same boat, so we may as well look back to our roots for pacification. Enter The Transformers - The Movie (20th Anniversary Special Edition) DVD. If you have already seen this movie, then you know how much you love it. If you have not, then there is a wonderful background story inside that serves as the capstone for the old 1980s TV animated series of Transformers. |
